We are specialized in agitator technology

It all began in the early 1970s with the practical development of agricultural agitators. In addition, we have now been developing agitator technology for biogas plants for over 20 years. We offer our customers everything from a single source: from individual planning and advice to production, control and maintenance. Thanks to practical development work and close cooperation with our clients, we have been able to design agitators that are very efficient in their agitation performance. Our agitators are currently used all over Europe, so today we are an active part of the renewable energy sector as a partner of numerous biogas companies and farmers.

 

Consulting & Planning

Every project is different, which is why it is important for us to analyse exactly which agitator fits at the beginning of each project.

Thanks to our many years of experience in both the agricultural and biogas sectors, we have already implemented many different projects and can therefore provide our customers with the best possible advice.

Our in-house technical office is an advantage, as we can also offer and work out individual special solutions for your project if required.

 

Production

From the design to the finished agitator, everything is created in our in-house workshops. After our technical department has drawn up the plans, the individual parts of the agitators are manufactured, final assembled and made ready for dispatch in our halls. The agitators are made entirely in our own production, for which we work with purchased parts (screws, seals, ...) from well-known manufacturers.

For production, we rely on our constantly growing team at our site in Eupen (Belgium). The education and training of our employees is the foundation for the quality and innovation that we can offer our customers thanks to our team.

 

Assembly & Service

After completion of the agitators, delivery takes place in cooperation with our long-standing transport partners. The assembly is accompanied on site by our trained assembly team.

Our staff and dealers remain in contact with our customers after installation and continue to provide advice and support. Because our goal remains the optimisation of your stirring process.
